At LiveCare Health, we've tailored our diabetic health coaching program with seniors in mind. Our straightforward approach allows patients to effortlessly connect with a compassionate health coach with just a click. Our user-friendly, advanced technology seamlessly tracks and guides patients towards improved diabetic health. Our around-the-clock support significantly enhances the lives of our diabetic patients, ensuring they remain healthy, connected, and comfortable in the comfort of their own homes.
Our Story
We founded LiveCare Health in March of 2018 to care for seniors with diabetes 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at little to no cost to them. Yes, we’re covered by Medicare and other insurance plans. Staffed with doctors, nurses, dietitians, physical therapists, and health coaches, our goal was to provide real-time, highly professional services to our patients through live human interaction with a genuinely caring and personal touch.
Five years later, we’re fully operational and based out of our corporate headquarters in Venice, FL. We now monitor over 3,500 patients with diabetes and are growing our business line to 26,000 patients by the end of 2025.
From our health center, our highly trained health coaches provide proactive and preventative care for our patients and keep their caregivers informed, taking the pressure off families. We can help in the event of an emergency, arrange medical assistance, conduct physicals, and provide concierge services.
By developing trust with our patients and keeping a close eye on their health and well-being, we keep them safe from avoidable diabetic events.
