We built LiveCare Health with seniors in mind. Our program is simple: members click a button to speak with a caring health coach. Our advanced technology is easy to use, and responsive enough to monitor and guide our members to better health. Receiving around-the-clock support transforms the lives of our members, keeping them healthy, connected, and comfortable at home.

Our Story

We founded LiveCare Health in March of 2018 to care for seniors with type 2 diabetes 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at little to no cost to them. Yes, we’re covered by Medicare and other insurance plans. Staffed with doctors, nurses, dietitians, physical therapists, and health coaches, our goal was to provide real-time, highly professional services to our members through live human interaction with a genuinely caring and personal touch.

Four years later, we’re fully operational and based out of our corporate headquarters in Venice, FL. We now monitor over 3,500 patients with type 2 diabetes and are growing our business line to 26,000 patients by the end of 2025.

From our health center, our highly trained health coaches provide proactive and preventative care for our patients and keep their caregivers informed, taking the pressure off families. We can help in the event of an emergency, arrange medical assistance, conduct physicals, and provide concierge services.

By developing trust with our members and keeping a close eye on their health and well-being, we keep them safe from avoidable diabetic events.

Our health center is staffed by doctors, nurses, dietitians, and specialized health coaches certified by the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (ADCES). We work as a team to monitor our members’ health and provide personalized recommendations that lead to happier, healthier lives. If you are an active Medicare recipient, there is little to no out-of-pocket cost for using LiveCare Health’s services. Everything you need to be a member—an advanced cellular glucometer, test strips, lancets, a monthly device fee, and all support services—are included.

We will send you an advanced cellular glucometer, testing strips, and supplies as part of your initial membership welcome kit. You must use the technology we provide you to use our services. A health coach will walk you through the easy-to-use technology the day you receive your welcome kit.

Yes. Your LiveCare Health testing data and personal information are always secure. We abide by all HIPAA compliance regulations and store your data as needed using security-protected storage and servers.

Our health coaches are the only people that have access to your testing data. This allows your personal health team to assist if readings are too high, low, or absent. You can request a mailed copy of your patient vitals report each month for your records.

You can make changes to your LiveCare membership at any time, such as updating your doctor, authorized data recipients, or address. If you wish to discontinue service for any reason, just contact LiveCare Health at (800) 345-0491 and have your membership number available.
